1 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
1 cup cold coffee
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine raisins, sugar, coffee, spices, salt and oil in medium saucepan and bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
Cool mixture before adding flour, soda and vanilla.
Spread in a 10×15 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
Frost while still warm.
