2 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
Bring to a boil sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat and quickly add oats, peanut butter and vanilla
Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper. Let stand 1/2 hour until cool.
Just made some of these tonight – dairy free 😉 They were delish!
