24 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 ounces semisweet chocolate
6 ounces semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup sour cream
1 9 inch chocolate crust
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Mix filling at medium speed until smooth. Try not to overbeat
Spoon half into crust.
Stir chocolate into remaining cream cheese mixture.
Drizzle over the batter and crust to make swirls.
Bake for 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack completely.
Chill covered for 2 hours.
Remove side of pan, prepare frosting and spread over cheesecake. Chll
