Dijon marinade for Turkey

1/4 cup Dejon

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Lemon — cut in half

Stir together mustard and soy sauce.
Rub lemon and sauces into turkey
Stick lemon rind inside.
Bake. Best if you use a turkey bag.
