Ginger Creams

1/3 cup butter

1 egg

1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup molasses
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Roll into 1″ balls, dip in sugar and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes
